I've been designing and building websites professionally, working with everyone from solo founders to funded startups and established businesses across a range of industries.

How long does a project take?
Most websites take 1–2 weeks from kick-off to launch. Branding runs 1–2 weeks. Web applications vary — we'll give you a timeline estimate once we understand your scope.
Do you work with clients internationally?
Yes — we work remotely with clients globally. All calls, reviews, and handovers happen online. Time zones have never been a problem.
What do you need from me to get started?
Not much. A brief call, some examples of sites you like, and any existing brand assets. We guide you through every stage — you won't be left staring at a blank brief.
How does payment work?
Payments split into milestones — 40% upfront, 40% at design sign-off, 20% on launch. Retainers are a flat monthly fee billed at the start of each month.
Will I be able to update the site myself?
Always. Every site is built so you can manage content yourself — you'll get a walkthrough and written guide.
Which package is right for me?

Intellectual property
Upon receipt of final payment, full ownership of the completed website and design files transfers to the client. Meehn retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, timely feedback, and any third-party assets (photography, copy, brand assets) required for the project. Delays caused by late client feedback may affect the delivery timeline.
Limitation of liability
Meehn's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, and thereafter subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

What if I want changes after launch?
Small changes are covered for 30 days post-launch. Larger additions can be quoted as a separate project. Nothing falls through the cracks.
Can I see the design before it’s done?
Yes. You get a staging URL from Day 5 onwards. You’re reviewing the real site in a real browser — not a PDF or a static screenshot.
What if I don’t have all my content ready?
Tell us in the brief. We can work with rough copy and placeholder images during the design phase, with final content dropped in during Build. It’s common.

What if scope changes mid-project?

We agree scope in writing before work starts. Adding something new gets a separate quote — it doesn’t affect the original price or timeline. We never charge extra for things that were in the original brief.
Can I pay in EUR or DKK?

All invoices are in USD via Stripe, which handles currency conversion. If you’d prefer EUR or DKK invoicing, just mention it — we can accommodate that.
What if I’m not happy with the designs?

Two revision rounds are included. If after two rounds things still aren’t right, we’ll schedule a call to resolve it before moving to build — no extra charge.
Is there a retainer option after launch?

Yes — after the 30-day support window, a monthly retainer covers ongoing updates and technical support. Mention it during the project and we’ll put something together.
How does this compare to doing it yourself on Squarespace?
